At Toad&Co, we want to ensure you love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 90-day return window for items in their original condition. Whether it's a fit issue or a change of heart, we've simplified the process to get you back on the trail as quickly as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.
- 3.Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and affix the label to the outside of the box.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will notify you via email as soon as your return has been processed at our warehouse.
